Do your Meetings Suck?

The answer is a pretty-much unqualified “yes.”  Does it need to be that way?  Of course not, but it is not easy.  Meetings were horrible prior to 2020, and though we are in a different place now, with better tools and some new attitudes, finding your way to better meetings is still a challenge. In this first of a two-part series, we’ll dive into what was truly wrong with the 20^th century meeting model. Organizational performance expert Jack Skeels chats with author Steve Prentice about why meetings devolved into an event unto themselves, and somehow lost track of their original purpose.
